The Vacation option for the UO scheduling program defines the way in which the
group of UOs are activated during a vacation:
N: During vacation, UOs are activated in the same way as defined in the time
windows of the week.
Y: UOs are activated during the vacation according to the time schedule defined
in the next step (vacation definition).
User Limitation Program
A user limitation program automatically prevents certain users from disarming the system
during specified time intervals. By default, all users of the system operate without this
limitation. When defining a user limitation program, you need to define the following
three parameters: Users, Time Schedule, and Label
1. Repeat stages 1- 5 of the Arming/Disarming schedule programming procedure
2. Select User Limit and press .
3. Follow the LCD display messages that will guide you through the programming
procedure
Quick Activation/Deactivation of a Weekly Program
1. Press and enter your code followed by .
2. Using the arrow keys, scroll to the option Clock and press
3. Using the arrow keys, scroll to the Scheduler option and press
4. Using the arrow keys, scroll to the Schedule Enable option and press .
5. Select the Schedule program index number.
6. Use the key to toggle activate /deactivate and press .
Macro Keys
Programming Macro Keys
LightSYS™2 enables the installer or grand master to record a series of keystrokes and
assign them to a macro. When the macro is invoked, the recorded commands are executed
from beginning to end. Up to four macros can be programmed to a system using the
LightSYS™2 keypad or the LightSYS™2 Configuration Software.
Notes:
• The default function for all function keys is group arming, as described
on page 20. If group setting is used, this option is not available.
• Macros cannot be programmed to perform disarming commands.
