Checking for Remaining Ink
Prinng is paused immediately when an ink cartridge becomes empty (with the default sengs). Uneven colors
may occur easily if the machine is paused. We recommend that you periodically check the remaining ink.
Procedure
1. Press [MENU].
2. Press [▲] several mes to display the screen shown below.

3. Press [▶].
The amount of ink remaining is displayed.

The numbers indicate cartridge slot numbers.
indicates the amount of ink remaining. When there are more , the amount of ink remaining is larger.
The display shows approximately how much ink remains. It may dier somewhat from the actual amount
remaining.
4. Press [MENU], then [◀] to go back to the original screen.
MEMO
If the following message is displayed, ink cartridges must be replaced.

The numbers of the cartridges that are out of ink ash.
INK SHELF LIFE
EXPIRE 1234567
The numbers of the cartridges whose ink has exceeded its shelf life ash.
