Operation
With the Super Silent design variant the engine hood must be removed
before emergency start.
Release the rubber tensioner on the engine side and remove the
hood horizontally.
Place the power generator on the ground.
Force application during the starting process is increased.
Pull the manual pull starter strongly and quickly all the way through.
Repeat the process if necessary.
Support with one leg on the carrying frame to minimise the effort.
Power generator runs in emergency operation.
After starting, refit the engine hood on the power generator
Position hood on the power generator and reattach with the rub-
ber tensioner.
Activate ignition before starting to avoid emergency operation:
Briefly press the Start power generator function switch to switch on the
ignition.
The control unit is activated - display illuminates.
If the ignition is active, the generator is started with the manual pull
starter in normal operation when starting.
7.6.2 Insulation fault test
DANGER!
Mortal danger or serious injury from electric shock!
Observe the safety distance from voltage-carrying parts at all times.
Only use consumers in flawless technical condition.
Do not earth power generator.
Do not connect the power generator to an existing power network.
The measuring method only works with protection class 1 equipment and
serves as a simple continuity test.
The measuring method does not comply with the requirements of ÖVE
ÖNORM EN 8001/ÖVE ÖNORM EN 8701 or DIN VDE 0100-600/DIN VDE
0105-100/DIN VDE 0701-0702.
The measuring method does not provide a reliable statement regarding the
quality of the protective conductor connection.
Check insulation error
Start the power generator in normal operation.
See chapter "Start power generator".
Open the socket covers and plug in the consumer(s).
Do not switch on consumer.
