If the rear axle is bent on the left side (rear axle support side), proceed as follows:
A. Lift the rear axle on the left side towards rear top until the brake disks have separated from
the brake callipers.
B. Withdraw the rear axle with the rear axle bearing, the left brake disk support with brake disk
ass`y. and the right brake disk support with brake disk, thrust washer and overload clutch to
the left from the hollow shaft of the engine.
Note: Use a plastic hammer if the rear axle is difficult to move due to dirt or corrosion.
Note: Take care not to loose the Woodruff key of the rear axle.
C. Remove all parts fitted on the rear axle.
If the rear axle is bent on the right side (engine side), proceed as follows:
A. Loosen the 4 Allen screws M6x25 (pos.1) of the overload clutch.
B. Lift the rear axle at the left side towards the rear top and remove step by step, the rear axle
bearing, the left brake disk hub with brake disk ass`y and the right brake disk support with
brake disk ass`y.
C. Remove the two Woodruff keys for the two brake disk supports from the rear axle.
D. Remove the overload clutch and thrust washer from the rear axle.
E. Pull the rear axle at the right side out of the hollow shaft of the engine.
Note: If the grub screws in the rear axle bearing (for the axial fixation of the rear axle)
have created marks in the rear axle, remove these marks with a file before you pull
the overload clutch and rear axle through the hollow shaft of the engine.
