of the engine.
2. If the unit consisting of overload clutch and right brake disk hub with brake disk has been
disassembled, assemble this unit in the reverse sequence.
Note: Do not forget to fit the thrust washer between the overload clutch and the right brake
disk hub. Put some oil on the inner diameter of the 4 bushings inside the overload
clutch.
Note: Tighten the 4 Allen screws M6x25 (pos.1) of the overload clutch first to 5 Nm (44
lbf.in.) and then tighten them to 10 Nm (88 lbf.in.).
3. Lift the rear axle on the left side and slide, unit by unit, the overload clutch. and the left brake
disk hub with brake disk onto the rear axle.
Note: The left brake disk hub must be at the left side of the brake disc.

Note: Take care to align the woodruff keys in the rear axle with the corresponding grooves
in the left and right brake disk hubs.
6. Slide the rear axle bearing on the rear axle (collar for fixation with studs must show towards
brake disk hub – see picture).
