4. CONTACT OPERATION MODE
Here you are able to change the setting for the pump and potential free contact. If you have set up a system with one or more extension control-
lers you can control these outputs globally via the master controller.
Potential-ee-
Contact Operation delay Here you can change the delay (default 2 min.) for the relay to react.
Remote work If ON, the signal is transferred to connected extension controllers.
Pump Operation delay Here you can change the delay (default 2 min.) for the pump to start aer heat demand.
Remote work If ON, the signal is transferred to connected extension controllers.
Pump anti-stop This function forces pump operation and prevents scale deposit outside the heating season when the
pump inactivity periods are long. This function may also involve the thermostatic valves (when it is
active - ON, the thermostatic valves are opened).
On If ON the anti-stop is active and you can see and set the below settings.
Valves If ON the actuators will follow the anti-stop setting for the pump.
Operation time Is the time (default 5 min.) for the pump (and actuators) to be activated.
Pause time Is the pause between the activation of the pump (and actuators).
5. RADIATORS ZONES (1 – 8)
The zones control only the relay in a given zone and the wireless actuator. Their status does not aect the operation of the voltage-free contact
and the valve.
6. DHW (DOMESTIC HOT WATER)
6.1. ON/OFF
When “ON” is selected, the relay output of zone 8 is used as DHW output.
6.2. OPERATION MODE
This function enables the user to choose the operation mode based on: schedule, constant temperature with time limit or constant temperature
without time limit.
6.3. SCHEDULE
DHW operation mode results from the selected schedule. Follow these steps to congure DHW schedule:
> Select the day of the week when the schedule will apply
> Select the hours for DHW heating (range from 00:00 to 23:30 every 30 minutes)
6.4. WITH TIME LIMIT
This function is used to congure constant pre-set temperature which will apply for a pre-dened period of time.
6.5. CONSTANT
The user decides if the relay should be constantly “ON” or “OFF”.
7. OPENTHERM
OpenTherm is a communication protocol between heating controls and the boiler to modulate the temperature ow through a heating system.
This can increase the energy eciency of a heating system whilst maintaining the desired set point temperature in the home.
7.1. ON/OFF
This function is used to activate/deactivate communication with gas boilers.
7.2. WEATHER-BASED CONTROL
For the function of weather control to be active, the external sensor mustn’t be exposed to sunlight or inuenced by weather conditions. Aer it
has been installed and connected, <weather-based control> function needs to be activated in the controller menu.
Heating curve It is a curve according to which the pre-set gas boiler temperature is determined, on the basis of external
temperature. In our controller, this curve is constructed on the basis of four pre-set temperatures for
respective values of external temperatures. The more points constructing the curve, the greater its
accuracy, which allows its exible shaping. In our opinion, four points seem a very good compromise
ensuring decent accuracy and easiness of setting the course of this curve.
