8. Put the base molds into the warming chamber in which the tissue tray is
not stored.
9. Put approx. 2 g of parafn into the forceps holder, and heat the forceps to
be used in the holder.
10. Put tampers on the hot plate and heat the tampers.

11. The embedding process can be started once the paraffin has melted in
the paraffin chamber and warming chamber and the paraffin chamber
temperature indicators change from a blinking light to a steady light.
Tampers
Heat the tampers on the hot plate so that
solid parafn will not attach to the tampers
when they are used.
