11. Remote Monitoring and Control
The SVR-1630
can be accessed using a remote PC via the Internet/Intranet. As with the local site, the SVR-
1630 can be controlled and monitored from remote sites via the Internet/Intranet.
11.1 Connecting via Ethernet
(1)
Turn off the
SVR-1630’s
power switch.
(2) Connect the
SVR-1630
to the hub with an Ethernet cable.
(3) Turn on the
SVR-1630’s
power switch.
<Note>
1. Supply power to the
SVR-1630 only
after connecting the Ethernet cable, to avoid electrical damage to the
SVR-1630
.
2. Firmly connect the Ethernet cable by fully pushing it into the hub.
3. Check the LED on the
SVR-1630
’s rear panel after supplying power.
