The following table lists all logs and their content which the device outputs:
Log Content
Weld log The weld log is always output in the language that is
currently chosen.
The weld log is a table with the following columns:
Date (dd.mm.yyyy)
Time (hh:mm:ss)
User (Name of the user who performed the welding)
Tube type (for example: C-Flex 374)
Tube description (for example: OD 1in / ID 3/4in)
Tube holder identification
Cycle (A counter that is incremented after every welding.)
Depyrogenation temperature
Welding temperature
Welding time (Cutting in to the tubes – tubes are pressed
together)
Process time (Pressing start – Fan starting)
Event (Important event during the welding such as abort
by user,
blocked condition, etc.)
Raw log Please always send this file with a problem report/
complaint.
Status Please always send this file with a problem report/
complaint.
