Improper handling of beans, water, milk, powder or other coffee ingredients can lead to health prob-
lems!
Observe hygiene regulations as specified by HACCP.
Powder system cleaning as needed
Ź Open lock.
Ź Remove powder container.
Ź Discard the remaining powder.
Ź Remove and clean funnel above the
mixer.
Ź Remove stubborn residue with a clean-
ing brush.
Ź Reattach the funnel.
Ź Lift cover in the centre (1) and push
down (2).
Ź Pull augers out.
Ź Clean the powder container and parts
under warm, running water.
Do not mount the parts before they are dry.
Ź Remount augers in reverse order.
Ź Push augers into the powder container.
Ź Reattach the cover.
Ź Replace powder container.
Ź Close lock.
