Our warranty will be voided if the equipment is used in
commercial, trade or industrial businesses or for equiv-
alent purposes.
Remaining risks:
The machine has been built according to the latest
technology and recognised safety rules. However,
there is still a chance of residual risks whilst working.
Furthermore, despite all measures taken, remaining
risks can occur that are not obvious.
Remaining risks can be minimised by complying with
the Safety noticesand the Intended use“ as well as
the operating instructions overall.
5. Safety information

Read all safety regulations and instructions. Any errors
made in following the safety regulations and instruc-
tions may result in an electric shock, re and/or serious
injury. Keep all safety regulations and instructions in a
safe place for future use.

4. Intended use
The machine complies with the relevant EC Machine
Guideline.
Before starting any work, all protective and safety
devices must be in place on the earth auger.
The earth auger has been designed to be operated
by one person.
The earth auger has been designed for excavating
planting holes, for pergolas and fences in light soil. It
has only limited use on ground that is hard and stony
and has many roots.
The operator is responsible for third parties in the
area of operations.
All safety and hazard notices on the machine must
be observed.

be kept in a completely legible condition.
Use the machine in a technically awless condition
only, as well as for its intended purpose, in a safe
manner and being aware of dangers, in compliance
with the operating instructions!
Disruptions which can a󰀨ect safety in particular
must be eliminated straight away!
The manufacturers stipulations concerning safety,
work and maintenance as well as the measurements
specied in Technical Data, must be complied with.
The relevant accident prevention stipulations and
other widely recognised safety rules must be ob-
served.
The machine may only be used, maintained or re-
paired by people who are familiar with it and its dan-
gers. Unauthorised changes to the machine negate
the manufacturer’s liability for damages resulting
from this.
The machine may only be used for work for which it
has been built and which is described in the operat-
ing manual.
The machine may only be used with the manufactur-
er’s original accessories and original tools.
The equipment is allowed to be used only for its pre-
scribed purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a case
of misuse. The user/operator and not the manufacturer
will be liable for any damage or injuries of any kind re-
sulting from such misuse.
Please note that our equipment has not been designed
for use in commercial, trade or industrial applications.
