This menu tests the output functions of lighting, controllers, and ticket mechs.

Test all gameplay related lighting for Controllers, Cab, and Innity

Tests RGB lighting for top 2 tubes (RED-GREEN-BLUE-OFF)

Tests RGB lighting for middle 2 tubes (RED-GREEN-BLUE-OFF)
