OPERATION

Always stay away from ropes, hooks and winches.
◆
Check winches, ropes, hooks, and broken strands of
worn wires regularly. When handling the steel wire
rope, please wear thick leather gloves. Do not let the
steel wire rope slip over your hands. Check the steel
rope before use. The crushed, pinched, worn or kinked
area has seriously reduced the carrying capacity. The
damaged steel wire rope should be replaced. It must be
re-wound under a load of about 100 pounds.

The clutch should be disconnected first, and then the
wire rope should be pulled by the hook of the protective
lever. Do not pull the wire rope directly through the
hook with your fingers.
◆
Maintain the specified tension so that the cable can
be wound on the reel and re-rolled after the operation
tight.
◆
Do not operate the winch under the influence of alcohol
or drugs. In operation be vigilant during the process.
If there is a problem, you should cut off the battery
immediately and check it carefully.

Wear goggles, insulating overalls, non-slip shoes, work
caps, thick leather gloves, Place your hair tightly under
the work cap and remove all jewelry.

Do not mechanically process or melt any part of the
winch.
◆
When the winch is in use, be sure to start the vehicle
engine and set the gear position to "N" to make sure
