stand-pipe and room temperature, at which the mixing valve closes, can be increased or
reduced. If heating is not required or not included, the value 4°C will show as the calcu-
lated temperature and the circulating pump will switch o with a delay – S2.15 parameter.
Other operating options of the pump can also be selected with the S2.4 parameter.
Cooling operation
If the calculated temperature of the stand-pipe is not slightly lower than the room tempera-
ture, the mixing valve closes. If the room temperature is not measured, the mixing valve
closes when the outdoor temperature approaches the preferred room temperature. With
the S2.12 parameter, the required dierence between the calculated temperature of the
stand-pipe and room temperature, at which the cooling is deactivated, can be increased or
reduced. If cooling is not required or not included, the value 34°C will show as the calcu-
lated temperature and the circulating pump will switch o with a delay – S2.15 parameter.
Other operating options of the pump can also be selected with the S2.4 parameter.
Intensive BOOST heating
With the P2.3 and P2.4 parameters, the duration and intensity of the intensive (BOOST)
heating, which is activated at the transition of the time program from night to day heating
interval, can be set up. By setting the Boost function, the time required to achieve the
preferred room temperature after recovery from the night in to day time interval can be
reduced.
Limiting the power of the heating cycle (limitation ∆T)
To limit the maximum start-up power of the individual heating cycle, use the additional T4
sensor for measuring the temperature of the return pipe of the mixing circuit. The setup for
the S1.7=0 parameter is required and with the S2.13 parameter, the maximum permissible
dierence between the temperature of the stand and return pipe can be set up. The con-
troller now restricts the stand temperature by not exceeding the set-up dierence between
the stand and return temperature.
