You can measure your present location, use the navigation
function to check how to get to your destination in detail, etc.

It is necessary to set [Location] to On to measure the present

To rotate the map: Keep a finger on the touch panel and turn
the map to the desired direction with another finger

To display sterically: Slide up with your two fingers at the
same time

In the Maps screen, touch and hold any place

Touch a displayed image

To change a displayed direction: Slide the screen up/down or
to the left/right
z
To move a displayed place: Touch the screen twice and slide
along the blue line

To switch to the compass mode: [

Some areas are not supported by Street View.
z
When the compass mode is used, the geomagnetic compass
of the handset and the direction displayed by Street View are
associated with each other.
Searching for routes
You can search for a route from a start point to an end point.

search box above

The present location is entered while it is being measured.

Follow the instructions on the screen after this step.
Searching for places nearby
You can search for places near a location on the map being
displayed.

In the Maps screen, touch the search box

Enter a name of place to search▶select a
search result

When you enter the place, the entered place are searched
and displayed as a list.
