the initial settings, touch [SKIP] and [NO THANKS]. When
the initial settings are complete, touch [DONE FOR NOW].

Google account has a Username/Password that allow you to use
various Google services. By setting Google account on the
handset, you can send and receive Email using Gmail, download
contents such as apps and games using GooglePlay, etc.
