11-3 Disassembly
Order Unit Disassembling procedure
1 Belt cover Remove the right and left belt covers.

2 Belt
Blade
① Before removing the belt, untighten
the bolts and nuts of the blade and
pulley.
NOTE:
The pulley nut is threaded
reversely and should be
disassembled carefully.
② Untighten the tension lock reduce the
belt tension, and remove the belt and
blade.

3 Bearing case
(left and right)
① Remove the nut and take off the
pulley.
② Remove the key from the shaft.

③ Remove the bearing case from the
mower deck (cover).
