7.10 Updating the IM 153-x

Update from PD / PC via PROFIBUS DP and CPU
The PD / PC with the update files is connected to the MPI interface of the CPU. The IM 153-2 is
connected to the 2nd interface of the CPU via the PROFIBUS DP (see the following figure). In
the STEP 7 project, the IM 153-2 must be linked to the CPU (e.g. CPU 315-2 DP).
