5. Set the following parameters:
– in the dialog box DP slave properties for ET 200M
adopt the default settings
– in the dialog box DP slave properties for SM 321, slot 4 in the configuration table
diagnosis: No load voltage yes
Diagnostic alarm: Yes
– in the dialog box DP slave properties for SM 322, slot 5 in the configuration table (see
following figure)

6. Save and compile the configuration.
7. Download the configuration to the CPU 315-2.
