1. Open the network settings of your computer.
2. In the Ethernet properties, enter the static IP address '192.168.200.5'.
3. Connect the computer to the Connect X300 Gateway using Ethernet port
X1P1.
The IP address of the Gateway is '192.168.200.1'; pinging the Gateway is not
possible due to security reasons.
4. Open SintesoWorks.
5. Select 'Commissioning' > 'Initialize station' and follow the instructions in the
software.
Information: Initialization may take up to 5 minutes.
6. Open the network settings of your computer and reset the IP address to
'automatic' in the Ethernet properties.
7. Disconnect the computer from the Connect X300 Gateway at Ethernet port
X1P1.

7.8 Transferring the configuration to the fire
detection system
The ↑ 'Site' is opened in SintesoWorks.
The PC is connected to the 'Station'.
Networked 'Stations' are initialized.
'Station' and SintesoWorks have the same 'Site' ID.
'Station' and SintesoWorks are part of the same sales channel.
