All gas analyzers of Series 6 such as ULTRAMAT 6, OXYMAT 6/61/64, CALOMAT 6/62,
FIDAMAT 6 as well as ULTRAMAT 23 offer the following communication possibilities:
ELAN interface
SIPROM GA (Version 1.9.14 and higher)
PROFIBUS DP/PA
Generic communications interface (only ULTRAMAT 6E, OXYMAT/ULTRAMAT 6E,
OXYMAT 61, OXYMAT 6).
