Measurements in the percentage range
Oxygen in nitrogen is to be measured. Measuring range in which the calibration is to be
carried out:
Measuring range: 20 – 80% O
2
Calibration gas for zero point (zero gas = air): 20.64% O
2
Calibration gas for span: 62% O
2
