Evaluation:
• Measure the deviations (X1, X2, Y1, Y2) between the edges of the light field and the
radiation field on all four sides, corresponding to Fig. 17.
• Calculate the total deviations in the X and Y directions (disregarding the algebraic sign).
• The deviations in length (total Y) as well as the deviations in width (total X) must be
smaller than 1.6 cm respectively.
