Loosen the designated screws on
the inside of the cover.

Remove the cover of the external
drive and the drive bay from the
device.
6.
Pull the connector of the SATA
cable from the drive.
7.
Loosen the four screws that co
n-
nect the optical drive
with the drive
bay and pull out the optical drive to
the front from the drive bay.
Installing external drive
Proceed in reverse order.
