PN/M-Bus LINK can be mounted on a 35 mm standard mounting rail according to
DIN EN 60715 or on a control panel.
Information on the selection of the location of use as well as reliable mounting positions and
minimum clearances is available in the section Installation location (Page 20).
Mounting on a standard mounting rail
Follow these steps:
1. Hook the PN/M-Bus LINK into the mounting rail.
2. Swivel the PN/M-Bus LINK backwards until the device audibly engages.

If the device is not installed on a control panel, the mounting sliders (see figure Control
panel mounting item
①) must always be in the default positions set at the factory.
Otherwise, the mounting slides can deform if they are exposed to hot and moist ambient
conditions for long periods.
