4.6 Installing and Uninstalling the Power Supply Unit
!
Warning
Only qualified personnel is authorized to exchange the power supply unit.
1. Open the housing as described in Section 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.
2. Remove the data and power supply cables of the drives, the motherboard and
the hard disk drive(s) and note down their assignment.
3. Remove the cable tie which fixes the power supply cables in the housing.
4. Undo the four fixing screws (2) of the power supply mounting plate.
5. Pull the power supply unit out of the housing to the rear.
6. Undo the four screws (1) of the power supply unit on the mounting plate.
7. Proceed in reverse order to fit the new power supply unit.
