A system error has caused the active function to terminate.
Function abort function generator:
S Function generator already active
S Wrong mode
S Selected servo cycle is 0
S Length of period is 0 or > 1000 s
S Scaling is negative
S Amplitude 1 is negative or greater than allowed
S Offset is beyond the allowed limits
S Limitation is greater than allowed
S Wrong curve form
S Pulse width is negative or greater than the length of period
S Bandwidth is < 1 or > 100000
S Calculation of a register length for the noise signal from length of period and bandwidth for which no provision
has been made
S Scaling change with inactive function generator
Furthermore the following errors (No. and meaning) are possible:
97 “Measuring function 611D aborted with error”
98 “611D ends FG mode, was already active”
99 “No pulse enable”
100 “Timer expired, 611D does not respond”
Function abort measuring functions:
S Measuring function is already active
S Measuring type not in permitted range
S Measured value not input
S There is a gap in the measured values input
