10.2 Troubleshooting

SITRANS CC220 might still be in a con‐
nection process to another system.
Cancel the connection of SI‐
TRANS CC220 to the other system (O󹪜‐

The "ConBox_Commands.json
(Page 54)" might still be stored on the
USB stick.
Remove the "ConBox_Commands.json"
󹪝le from the USB stick.
You did not reveice data from SITRANS
MS200 within 15 minutes after onboard‐
ing.
PIN was changed before onboarding. Perform factory reset on SITRANS
MS200.
