10.3 Error messages and effect on operation
If an error occurs during operation, it has the following
effects:
The measurement is canceled.
The measuring values go to 0.
When the Fault message appears, the color of the
status display changes to red and the text de-
scribes the fault in question.
If the cause of the fault has been remedied, it is
automatically deleted.
Example: TOO MUCH EXTERNAL
LIGHT
The following error messages can be displayed:
One of the internal analogue
voltages is outside the permit-
ted range.
Defect in the electronic system.
Service technician
Measurement value acquisi-
tion is faulty.
Sample very unstable.
Large air bubbles in the water
bath.
External light influence too
strong. Water bath cover is
open.
Defect in the electronic system.
Service technician
The detector for the LED mon-
itoring is not receiving any
light.
Defective light source.
Service technician
The detectors receive too
much light.
The sample absorbs the light
too strongly. A measurement
is not possible.
The sample and/or the bottle is
too dark.
The relative humidity in the
instrument has risen above
50%.
The desiccant is saturated.
The seals on the electronic
component are defective.
The instrument was open for
too long.
