Marinated sesame salmon
Ingredients for 4 people
400 g salmon
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
25 ml soy sauce
25 ml lemon juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. paprika powder
Salt and pepper
Preparation
1) Stir together the soy sauce with the sesame seeds, lemon juice,
honey, paprika and salt and pepper to make a marinade.
2) Cut the salmon into cubes and mix with the marinade.
3) Cook the marinated salmon cubes at 180°C for approx. 10 minutes.
Select the "Fish" programme and adjust the cooking time as required.
4) Check the progress after half of the time and give the food a stir if
necessary.
5) Serve immediately. It goes well with a mixed salad.
Sausage rolls
Ingredients for 4 people
1 pack of puff pastry
8 parboiled sausages
• Curry ketchup
• Mustard
Preparation
1) Soak the sausages in hot water for about 5 minutes.
2) In the meantime, cut the puff pastry into approx. 1 cm thin strips.
3) Remove the sausages from the water and pat them dry.
4) Wrap the pastry strips around the sausages, leaving the two ends
free.
5) Place 4 sausages at a time in the hot air fryer and cook them for
approx. 10–13 minutes until the puff pastry is golden brown.
6) Serve with the curry ketchup and mustard.
