For inland vessels that operate at altitude higher than 500 meters,
the transponder needs GPS Mode set to “Altitude higher than 500m”
for better GPS positioning performance.
To save the settings, press MENU or ESC and the system will ask
whether the changes should be saved. Select OK to save or CANCEL
to discard and return to main menu.

System configuration provides access to user configurable prefer-
ences for V5035. All user settings are stored within the transponder
and will be maintained if the power supply is switched off.
