Check passed:
If the test is passed, an optional test can then be carried out
on the calibration standards (optional accessory), if these
are available. The time of the successful test is stored in the
unit.
Check failed:
If the test is not passed because the measured values are
outside the specified or set tolerance range, clean the lim-
iter, glass rod and beaker (see section 8.2) and repeat the
test.
Check repeatedly failed:

If the test result is repeatedly outside the spec-
ified tolerance range despite careful cleaning.
Contact the manufacturer for further assis-
tance and, if necessary, for an inspection and
adjustment at the manufacturer's premises.
If the test result is repeatedly outside the spec-
ified tolerance range despite careful cleaning,
carry out a test with the SITA working stand-
ards (optional accessory) (see next page).
If the test result on the standards is also re-
peatedly outside the specified tolerance range
despite careful cleaning and an absolutely
clean glass rod, carry out an adjustment with
the SITA standards (see section 8.3).
After adjustment, a test should be carried out
in the beaker as an empty measurement to
check whether the beaker and limiter are
clean.
