TROUBLESHOOTING
The following pages contain a Table of Troubleshooting information for locating and correcting most service trouble which
can develope. Careful and accurate analysis of the system listed in the Table of Troubleshooting Information will localize
the trouble more quickly than any other method. This manual can not cover all possible troubles and deficiencies that
may occur. If a specific trouble is not listed, isolate the major component in which the trouble occurs, and then isolate
and correct the specific problem.

1. Battery disconnected or
discharged.
2. Loose or broken battery cable from
battery B1 to battery disconnect
switch DS1.
3. Open or defective battery
disconnect switch DS1.
4. Loose or broken wire #03 from
alternator to battery disconnect
switch DS1.
5. Loose or broken wire #03 from
alternator to engine terminal block
TB4.
6. Loose or broken wire #03 from
engine terminal block TB4 to base
terminal block TB3.
7. Loose or broken wire #03 from
base terminal block TB3 to circuit
breaker CB1.
8. Tripped or defective circuit breaker
CB1.
9. Loose or broken wire #05 from
circuit breaker CB1 to base
emergency stop switch S1.
10. Open or defective emergency
stop switch S1.
11. Loose or broken wire #07 from
emergency stop switch S1 to key
select switch S3.
12. Loose or broken wire #07 from
base emergency stop switch S1
to relay 60ACR.
13. Defective Relay 60ACR.
14. Loose or broken wire #09 from
relay 60ACR to base terminal
block TB3.
15. Loose or broken wire #60A from
base terminal block TB3 to relay
60ACR.
16. Loose or broken wire #02 from
relay 60ACR to base terminal
block TB3.
1. Connect battery or charge.
2. Check Continuity. Replace if
defective.
3. Close Switch. Replace if defective.
4. Check Continuity. Replace if
defective.
5. Check Continuity. Replace if
defective.
6. Check Continuity. Replace if
defective.
7. Check Continuity. Replace if
defective.
8. Reset circuit breaker. Check for
defective wiring. Replace if
defective.
9. Check Continuity. Replace if
defective.
10. Close Switch. Replace if defective.
11. Check Continuity. Replace if
defective.
12. Check Continuity. Replace if
defective.
13. Check Relay. Replace if defective.
14. Check Continuity. Replace if
defective.
15. Check Continuity. Replace if
defective.
16. Check Continuity. Replace if
defective.
