What to do if the light of the Smappee Audio & Video Accessories Connect is green continuous?

If the light of the Connect is green continuous, it may be because the internet connection is down. Check and solve the internet connection and restart the Connect by unplugging the RJ10 cable and plugging it back in. It could also be that a firewall blocks outgoing communication, meaning the Smappee servers cannot be reached. Check the firewall rules.
