Roller doors which are to be operated with a tubular
motor can be automated with this control unit. The control
unit can be operated, for example, using a handheld
transmitter.
3.1 Safety equipment
NOTE
A safety contact strip is mandatory for
regular operation. The safety contact strip
should always be checked to ensure that it
is functioning correctly after being put into
operation.
The operator stops and reverses if it encounters an
obstacle. This prevents injury and damage to property.
The door will be partially or completely opened, depending
on the setting.
3.2 Product designation

The type plate includes:
• type designation
• item number
• date of manufacture with month and year
• serial number
In case of questions or service, please supply the type
designation, the date of manufacture and the serial
number.
