2. If all goes well you will see two identical website addresses
3. Copy one of the addresses
4. Open the third tab and click the button on the right with Chinese letters
5. Then on the left paste the Address you copied in step 3 of PC INSTRUCTIONS

6. Open a web browser and download what you are going to be installing to the PS3 via these
