6.3 Switching offthe instrument
Note
It is recommended to leave the instrument connected to the power supply and to
leave the argon supply line open.
To switch off the instrument, proceed as follows:
1. Exit the spectrometer program "Spark Analyzer Pro CHECK".
2. Select the dialog item "Shut down" and confirm the dialog field.
 The program is shut down.
 The computer is turned off.
3. In order to switch off the Plasma generator, press the following buttons:
 The argon saving module is activated.
4. In order to switch the instrument completely off, remove the power plug.
 The instrument is switched off.
