8 Status messages
The status information is displayed in the footer of the software. These indications
provide important information about the status of the instrument.
The following information is available:
Status information Description
Ready The instrument is ready for measurement if
all specifications according to chapter 6.4.1
„Preparing the measuring procedure“ have
been met.
Temperature of the optical system Is shown in red as soon as the optimum
temperature of the optical system is outside
the temperature range.
Sample Clamp up The sample clamp is not folded down or a
conductive contact with the sample has not
been established.
Safety check required The safety circuit is being checked. Briefly
lift sample clamp in order to interrupt the
contact to the sample.
