7.5 Clean the light inlet window of the optional air optics
(LAVM12)
Caution! Risk of electrical shock!
While the instrument is switched on, the spark stand presents a risk of
electrical shock.
Shut down the Plasma generator (excitation unit) during all work on the
spark stand.
Caution! Risk of injury!
When removing the light inlet window, mechanical parts in this area may
cause injuries.
Protective gloves must be worn
To clean the light inlet window, proceed as follows:
1. Unscrew the 4 fasteners (1) and
remove the spark stand plate.
