Signal Word Use of the Power Tool
Never bridge the safety system manually on purpose. Use of the machine for operations different from those
intended, could result in a hazardous situation with high probability of injury.
This product is not intended to be used in human or veterinary medical applications. This can lead to seri-
ous personal injury.
Disconnect the plug from the power source before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing
power tools. Otherwise there is a risk of electrocution and the machine accidentally starting.
If the insertion tool becomes jammed or bogged down in the workpiece, turn the power tool “OFF” (0) by
the switch. Stop the CNC program or, alternatively, activate the emergency switch of the CNC system. Wait
for all oscillating parts to stop and disconnect the power tool from the power source before working to free
the jammed material. The tool switch remaining in the „ON“ (1) position can lead to an unexpected restart
that can cause serious injuries.
Do not alter or misuse the tool. Any alteration or modication is a misuse and may result in serious personal
injury.
Always use the supplied safety brush adapter, which draws your attention to the dangerous proximity to the
milling tool at an early stage. If you do not follow this advice, there is a risk of injury!
Never reach into the safety brush adapter / exhaust adapter! There is a serious risk of injury from the milling
motor / tool, especially when it is running.
This product is controlled by a computer. During operation, it cannot be controlled directly. Lack of caution
or expertise as well as program errors can lead to unexpected movements and personal injuries or damage.
Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or
these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.

Use the power tool, accessories and end mills etc. in accordance with these instructions, taking into ac-
count the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different
from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
NOTICE
Do not leave a running CNC System and power tool unattended, but turn the power off. Only after a CNC
router or power tool comes to a complete stop and is disconnected from the main power supply it is safe.
NOTICE
Do not allow familiarity gained from frequent use of your product to become common-place. Always remem-
ber that a careless fraction of a second is sufcient to inict severe injury.
NOTICE
Remove any tools before switching on the power tool. A tool left on a moving part of the power tool may
result in personal injuries.

Please always keep these instructions nearby the machine. You should always have them readily to hand
when you want to look up something.

Check before each use of your machine if it is supplied with current, and if applicable, if the air supply is
working perfectly.
NOTICE
Check if the individual components are perfectly connected with each other before the rst commissioning
and in regular intervals later on.
NOTICE
Each operator must operate the machine and its components with due prudence and expertise which is
necessary for the use of CNC controlled milling machines.
