8.1.2 Grease lubrication with top up
CYCLO Drive 6000's that are lled with Esso Unirex N2 must be topped up for the rst time after 500 operating
hours but at least after 2 months. Further top ups in accordance with the table below:
For lubrication quantities (g)when changing when topping up, see paragraph 9.1.
Filling with and changing lubricants:
CYCLO Drive 6000's from size 613 are lubricated in 2 stages and tted with grease nipples for regular topping up.
