3 1) Measure the resistance between “18” (W/Y) and ground
at the ABS control unit coupler.

(A): 09900–25008 (Multi circuit tester set)
(B): 09900–25009 (Needle-point probe set)
Tester knob indication
Resistance (Ω)
Normal value (“18” – Ground)
∞ Ω (Infinity)
Is the resistance between “18” and ground OK?
Go to Step 5. Go to Step 4.
4 1) Measure the resistance between “B” (Bl) and ground at
the rear wheel speed sensor coupler.
Special tool
(A): 09900–25008 (Multi circuit tester set)

Resistance (Ω)
Normal value (“B” – Ground)
∞ Ω (Infinity)
Is the resistance between “B” and ground OK?
Inspect the wire
harness. (Faulty W/Y
wire)
Replace the rear wheel
speed sensor.
