Loosen the handlebar right switch retaining screws
and throttle housing retaining screws.
Insert the handlebar right switch and throttle assembly
onto the handlebars.
A: Throttle assembly
B:
Right switch
C: Handlebars
A: Clamp
B: 8 × 35 mm “7” marked bolt (with lock washer)
C: Dot mark
Tighten the handlebar clamp bolts to the specified
torque.
Handlebar clamp bolt:
23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m, 16.5 lbf-ft)
A: 8 × 35 mm “7” marked bolt (with lock washer)
NOTE:
Align the dot mark on the handlebars with the mat-
ing surface of the front side of left clamp.
NOTE:
Make sure that the clearances of front and rear of
the clamp is equalized as shown.
Install the handlebars assembly with the two clamps
and
the four bolts.
