Place the motorcycle on the side-stand, then remove
the hoist hook.
Extract the side stand.
Move the front fork up and down hard 4 or 5 times.
Tighten the axle holder nuts to the specified torque.
Front axle holder nut:
10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lbf-ft)
A: Axle holder
B: Axle holder nut (Upper)
C: Axle holder nut (Lower)
NOTE:
• First tighten the nut B of the upper side with
specified torque and then tighten the nut C of the
lower side.
• Make sure that the holder has no clearance at
the upper side.
