AIR VENT FROM FORKS
Place the vehicle on a central stand, fully extend
the fork and loosen the valve (1) at the end of the
operation tighten the valve, paying attention to
the sealing gasket.
SINGLE REAR SHOCK ABSORBER SPRING
PRELOAD ADJUSTMENT
The single rear shock absorber (1) spring pre-
load can be adjusted; to make the adjustment,
operate as follows:
-Clean lock ring nut (2) and adjusting ring nut (3)
of the spring;
-Either with a hook wrench or an aluminium
punch, loosen the lock ring nut;
-Turn the adjuster ring nut as required;
-When the adjusting operation is over according
to your weight and riding style -tighten the lock
ring nut (tightening torque: 50 Nm).
WARNING
Be careful not to touch hot exhaust pipe while ad-
justing the shock absorber.
