7 Cleaning Procedure
7.1 Autoloader tray
The sample needle of the CyFlow
™
Robby 6 Autoloading Station will be cleaned
automatically between each sample and at the end of each measuring sequence.
7.2 Sample Port
The sample port of the CyFlow
™
Ploidy Analyser can be cleaned using the Cleaning
Solution (green solution, Order No 04-4009_R) followed by a Sample Tube with Sheath
Fluid. This procedure allows to reduce significantly the cross contamination and reduce
the background.
For this procedure, connect a Sample Tube with 1.5 ml Cleaning Solution and clean the
instrument by clicking on the “CLEAN” symbol .
The instrument will perform one cleaning cycle. Repeat the procedure with a Sample
Tube filled with 1.5 ml Sheath Fluid.
