4.1 Finished Product Waste
This is an inventory function. Items entered in this transaction type
will update the waste totals.
 This procedure is used when an item is entered on a check and
prepared, but then voided from the check.
Procedure
1. Press {FINISHED~PROD~WAS} (#1 through #5).
2. Enter items that were prepared for serving to customers but then
were wasted.
3. Press cash {MEDIA} to close the check.
