3 Troubleshooting
3.1 Error codes Complete list
• -991: Download from memory failed
• Check that the radio module got datalogging enabled.
• Ask for just one measurement
• Restart datalogging
• -992: NOT USED
• -993: NOT USED
• -994: Link between Smart-Vue Server and the Smart-Service
• Firewall: TCP port used between Smart-Vue Server and Smart-
Service must be open (Port 1091, 1092,…)
• Restart Smart-Service from the Smart-Vue Server interface
• -995: Smart service failure
• Restart Smart-Service from the Smart-Vue Server interface
• -996: Radio receiver failed
• USB receiver plugged in locally:
• Restart Smart-Service, if failed; reboot computer.
• Unplug receiver for at least one minute; check that the two
LEDs turn red for three seconds, plug receiver back into the
same USB port.
• Try on another USB port, check if the driver modifies the com
port affected.
