Full servo control (SERVO)
The servo continues to control the actuator.
If the external force is small, the current decreases in proportion to the position deviation.
If position deviation is caused due to external force, a torque to correct it will be generated (the
current will increase).
If the external force exceeds the torque generated at the maximum current, the position deviation
occurs.
Otherwise, position deviation never occurs.
Vibration or abnormal noise may occur depending on the status at stop.
Do not use the controller if vibration or abnormal noise affects the performance.
