I/O block
The following information is made available in relation to the accelerated logic:
Blin1 On Logic state of the Blin1 block input circuit (in the example - ON)
Blout1, Blout2 On Logic state of the block output circuits (in the example - ON)
Status 52
The following information is made available in relation to the breaker status (52):
Status 52 Open Breaker status (Unknown if check 52 is disabled)
52b On Logic state of the auxiliary circuit 52b
52a Off Logic state of the auxiliary circuit 52b
Counters
Trip counters
The number of operations (STARTS and/or TRIPS) are counted separately for each protective func-
tion.
T
he count relating to the number of operations is stored permanently in appropriate resettable four
digit counters (0...9999); at the ten thousandth operation, the count will restart from zero.
T
he following information is available:
Counter ST I> 2 Maximum overcurrent function start counter
Counter ST I>> 3 Short-circuit function start counter
Counter ST IE> 4 Ground fault function first threshold start counter
Counter ST IE>> 5 Ground fault function second threshold start counter
Counter TR I> 1 Maximum overcurrent function trip counter
Counter TR I>> 2 Short-circuit function trip counter
Counter TR IE> 3 Ground fault function first threshold trip counter
Counter TR IE>> 4 Ground fault function second threshold trip counter
Events
Values of the variables relating to the last eight operations (STARTS or TRIPS)
The value of the following input quantities are stored at the instant immediately prior to the trip of
the protective device for a function active on a output relay. The storage buffer is circular in nature
whereby the data relating to the events subsequent to the first eight overwrite the data pertaining
to
the preceding events. To identify the time sequence of the stored events, there is an index (1...8)
which identifies the latest event in chronological order.
T
he function which caused the trip is stored, in addition, in the case of I>, I>> functions, then also the
phase (or phases) exceeding the intervention threshold is recorded.
T
he following information is available:
Info Events stored (number of events in memory)
Event1 E1 Reading Direct (Type of reading - Direct)
E1 IL1r 15.424 A/In (L1 phase current value)
E1 IL2r 15.424 A/In (L2 phase current value)
E1 IL3r 15.424 A/In (L3 phase current value)
E1 IEr 0.00000 A/In (Residual current value)
E1 Cause Trip I> (function responsible for the intervention)
E1 Phases IL1 (phases on which the current was detected).
NB if the currents are in relation to two or more phases, then they are viewed on the display in
sequence
